Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
It's used across the whole organization to have internal and external meetings. BT has also embedded its own voice product into Webex, BT MeetCenter. Webex is available for all BT employees and we tend to use it with customers and partners that have limited access to Teams, I.E. Verizon engineers working in the mid-east and Asia, these guys tend to have problems joining Teams meetings and we've been using Webex meetings in these cases.
- Ease of use.
- Accessible throughout organizations.
- Generally available on several locations in the world.
- Embedding IM.
- Audio voice integration problems.
- UX to integrate it with IM.
- Made possible for us to have important migration meetings.
- Brought some difficulty to easy and quick meetings that led us to use MS Teams in most cases.
- Microsoft Teams and Zoom
Zoom seems to be a less robust product than Webex, even though it's easy to use and strict to the point. It's never given me or my colleagues any problems or difficulties to attend a meeting. Teams are the whole package. Despite consuming too much of the computer resources, it has IM, it has meetings and forums that allow us to have open discussions. Even though it is a huge program, it's easier for us to arrange meetings on it (considering the features I use, it gives me everything Webex does). As mentioned earlier, I rather going from a couple of messages directly to a meeting than having to log in to Webex and arrange one.
