Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

We use it daily to communicate within our team or to make spaces for a certain project. Everyone from the company has an account and it is very simple to keep connected even when people are not in the office. I like that it integrates with Outlook and that I can easily have access to notifications from my mobile device. Sharing documents, info, or links is also easy, and searching for them is also very convenient. In my work, it helps me be in touch with the clients. It really makes my life easier.

Pros

  • Share and save content.
  • Edit the message after is was sent.
  • Schedule an event and edit the parameters.

Cons

  • Translation is not yet implemented in our country.
  • It doesn't allow you to add an interpreter.

Webex has better security.
The documentation is very well presented and there is also big support within the Cisco Community.

Very intuitive interface and a lot of functionalities included.
Well suited: In a company, to keep people connected or for educational purposes.
Less appropriate: In an environment where cloud solutions are not allowed.
