Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
We use it across the organization. Currently, the Webex App is being used with on-prem UC systems. It removed the uses of multiple applications for meetings, teams, and calling and everything is possible with a single unified application.
- Maintains stable communication.
- Instant messaging/chat feature is easy to use and spaces are very convenient.
- Webex is prominent in virtually any video conferencing software that exists, being able to make streaming sessions with very high quality, which is entirely in HD.
- Federation with external non-Webex domain users.
- MS integration
- Reduced IT overhead due to the removal of other UC Applications and the use of a single app.
The quality of the video, voices, and the great Cisco TAC team.
