Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

For meetings with other users and customers, it integrates fine with Outlook but I think functionality is limited. We can’t do base stuff like pasting images in the chat and similar functions like sharing a file, screenshot, etc. We think Webex App should have more functions because it’s older than Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Many customers have moved from Webex App to other tools.

Webex App has a lot of features as part of the Cisco collaboration stack - integration with call manager, presence, and IP phone, among other elements. It is the most powerful tool when you talk about experience and user innovation. Cisco has always characterized its portfolio as world-class. Maybe having better options in call, anotation, and zoom for images, among other features, will take this app to the next desired level.
Cisco TAC always has the appropriate personnel to support customers.

It has everything all in the same place. The icons are descriptive so users feel comfortable with the GUI.
When you want to integrate Cisco Voice Over IP, call manager, presence, etc. Webex App works very well. Collaboration makes sense when all of a solution is involved on the same page with the same resources. Webex App is really good technology.
