Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
The Webex App is used by our entire organization for internal and external, meetings, messaging, calling, and file sharing. The unified Webex App has been a great addition to the Webex portfolio as it has reduced redundancy and allowed our organization to remove disparate systems. The hybrid work environment is made possible with the Webex App.
- Messaging with users external to your organization is seamless.
- The Webex mobile app is easy to use and makes working from anywhere possible.
- Noise removal is a game changer when working from home.
- I'd like to see improvements to presence, especially when in a calendar meeting or Microsoft Teams meeting.
- More options to customize/organize contacts and spaces.
- The Webex mobile app still requires Webex Meetings to be downloaded to your phone which defeats the purpose of the unified application.
- Would be nice to be able to turn off certain parts of the Webex app (messaging) for customers that do not want to use it.
- Ease of use.

- Microsoft Teams and Zoom
More secure and easier to communicate with users external to our organization. The mobile application is better as well.
