Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

It is really to use, well organized and allow any participant to control, share screen very smoothly. When we send the customer a Webex link, we don't get stuck at configuration or waiting till Webex allows us to join. Just click, support and give the required support the customer has asked for.

  • Allow multiple screen sharing.
  • Guest can join without having an account.
  • A report of people who attended.
  • Easy to use.
  • Attractive.
  • Full of entertainment.
More official, but all of the above are simple to use and sign up for. Cisco Webex I think has more security and more arranging compared to zoom. Microsoft Teams is really helpful inside the company for internal communications, but with the customer support, Cisco Webex is the most official application I have ever used.
Because I do not face any stoppage during my work career, we always think about what we will do instead of caring about app configuration. It is organized, original, shows the calendar of all meetings, and the events that have occurred. I love Cisco Webex applications and looking forward to recommending it to anyone I know.

I really would thank Cisco engineers for the services and efforts they are providing to introduce us to the best tools that we can use in the engineering field. This is a great opportunity to express my amazing experience in dealing with Cisco products, specifically Cisco Webex. And as always, Cisco Webex is recommended to use very strongly.
Cisco Webex is running very smooth through the installed app, and when you ask for support the helpline is really great. I think there was a time we have faced an issue in allowing certain one of our group to share his screen content, and he was able to display it, with video audio with all interaction.
