Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Well, Webex App is not used by the organization. I use Webex App to attend Cisco events or whenever a client reaches out for a meeting, it's normally via Webex App. However, in previous experiences, it was used organization-wide to fill the need for a capable video conferencing tool that was easy to use.

Pros and Cons

The audio quality is excellent. In my experience so far I have had no issue hearing the other participants.
Video quality is very good, providing your bandwidth is adequate.
Screenshare works well, smooth operation and so far in my experience no delays.

Alternatives Considered

Microsoft Teams and Zoom

In my opinion, Webex App holds its own very well as an industry leader. At the end of the day, the choice to use Webex App or any of the other similar tools boils down to your comfort level. Webex App like the others is very well received and will have its audience like any other.

Usability

I found it intuitive. Everything is where I expect it to be and work as expected. Plus the overall friendliness of the layout helps a great deal with how users will make use of the tool.

With today's current pandemic and the push for social distancing, Webex App is an excellent tool for communication. Also, with more organizations improving their global standing, Webex App is an awesome tool to collaborate with different teams. Listen, Webex App has been around for a while but it has proven its true worth to people who need to communicate.
