Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Webex App is being used by our entire team. We use it to keep track of our consultants and their individual teams. We use it for all of our day-to-day operations across the entire organization. I think it addresses many communication issues at the same time and helps to keep transparency within the organization when it comes to communication.

I think there are many great products and platforms out there that do similar things but when it comes to ease to use and much better chat features my team has always favored webex over its competitors. I can't speak for everyone but I know the majority prefer it because that's why we use it.

It has really easy usability. Everything is clearly laid out and it is very easy to operate.

Likelihood to Recommend

Well suited for big teams with lots of team members to communicate with. It is very appropriate for teams working from home or that are spread out across different cities, states, or countries. I think it is great for any organization that intends to be communicating on a regular basis with lots of collaborating members.
