Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We conduct our meetings and found collaboration very easy with [the] great features of WebEx [App]. Be it customers or employees, we are able to share presentations online and work together as [a] team on technical solutions. Scheduling meetings and inviting others on the fly has never been so easy. I strongly recommend WebEx [App] to all our customers and vendors.

Teams Manager for Microsoft Teams

I found that [by] inviting someone and sharing screens, collaboration is easier on Webex App. I have been using it [for the] last 10 years and I am more comfortable using it than other platforms. Access control and integration is also good and we can easily share links to invite others based on [a] password.

Support Rating

There are various support levels and Cisco provides 24 x 7 support [across the globe]. This is something which is very much required and hence stands out in [the] competition. All other OEMs cannot match with customer service as good as Cisco's. I am very pleased with the services, hence I have given this rating.

It is good for collaboration and meetings, customer discussions, presentations, teamwork on various projects, and virtual celebrations. In this pandemic situation, more and more people are meeting virtually and Webex [App] is a great platform for the same. Memory management needs to be improved [as well as] aesthetics [and] background. Users should be able to use their own background.
