Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Most Ganpat University students use the Webex App. This is a priority meeting source for teaching students and is also used for presentations and interviews.

Pros and Cons

It provides good communication without noise.
It works well on low networks.
The full screen mode works well.
Screen sharing is very useful.

The task bar doesn't auto hide.
Needs more shortcut keys.
In a low network, if the video is on for some time, the whole system will hang.

Return on Investment

Very useful for presentations.
Very helpful for teaching.

Google Drive

We need some cloud storage systems on the user side to store study materials inside student accounts.

The main purpose of this app is to conduct meetings and presentations virtually and it does a good job.

It is very user-friendly and easy to use.

There are times when I am out of my home and forget to carry a laptop, but I can easily handle meetings from my phone, which is awesome.
