Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
Not used around the business internally, but we provide Webex App to our customers wanting the service from anywhere around the globe. It is mainly used for meeting collaboration needs for our end customers. It has been particularly useful in these times when working from home has become the new normal.
- Whiteboards.
- Screenshare.
- General look and feel.
- Better navigation of varying personal network environments.
- Stickers in Meeting Chat.
- Anything to enhance a lighter mood during work meetings like filters, etc.
- Remote access.
- Easy to use with existing Cisco UC solutions.
- Zoom, Zoom Phone and Microsoft Teams
Feature-wise, it is in a similar sphere. I can't immediately think of any major differentiators. I generally don't decide which customers use Webex App as they tend to have a specific technology they lean towards from the start. Some customers generally go for Cisco due to the existing brand it already has.
