Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

We use it to connect to our remote employees or to connect with our clients who are working remotely. One of the features I like about the app is Webex smart audio as it removes all the background noise, which is very useful as we are currently at work from home. The only problem I face with this app is resizing the video screen in presentation mode.

  • Different background colors.
  • It has a lot of customization so saved a lot of efforts.
  • Background noise suppression.
  • Could use it to connect to anywhere on any device so had a very smooth call with clients.
I have been using WebEx for the last 2 years since I have joined the IT industry. I never faced problems like the screen getting stuck in between or going blank. The functions are pretty much amazing. Like noise suppression or layout selection on Webex Board, post-meeting summary notification, etc.

Webex is well suited when it comes to a few functions it has.
  1. Noise suppression, as we are mostly working from home and while we attend calls and meetings it gets difficult sometimes to suppress the background noise in our home. Webex does it very well.
  2. Supports a large variety of devices like PC, Mac, tablets, phones, etc.
  3. Meeting transcripts and highlights.
  4. Allows us to have guests/participants without needing a separate software license.
