Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
We use Webex App instead of Zoom. In my personal experience, Zoom has a history of privacy policy violations and I believe, has used sketchy business practices in the past. We use Webex App because it is supplied by Cisco and has the backing of a company with a good reputation. It makes for a good Zoom alternative too.

I had to choose Webex App, my company uses it. It stacks up very poorly in the UI/UX department. The whole app is a mess. If it wasn’t a mess it would’ve taken over as the app of the pandemic. It needs a fundamental redesign. I hate using it.
