As a bank and financial institution, we have incorporated Webex as our enterprise solution for collaborative engagement, both internally and externally, with our customers and constituents. The Webex App is part of our day-to-day operational tools for scheduling meetings and appointments, joining ad hoc meetings, messaging, and our softphone capabilities. The integration with Outlook makes the Webex App the "righthand" of tracking our day-to-day operations.
