Webex App review

Webex App is currently used as an app that staff communicates with each other. We are able to have quick meetings with or without camera on and keep track of our day-to-day communications within the office. We send out announcements, message each other and hold team meetings all within the app.

Getting everything ready for full virtual then moved to hybrid. Webex played a big part in this. Some of the challenges we faced were getting the individual computers/laptops set up, then making sure that they were set up correctly so that phones could be answered, meetings could be held and work could be completed, especially the team projects.

Webex's impact was good for the team. It was easy to use, not a lot of training required. With employee changes happening we were able to quickly make the changes to the new employee.

The hybrid work model works great for our office. In office 3 days, at home 2 days. When in office, collaboration happens, and we are able to continue that when we are at home. Our work could be done completely virtual but having the team building part in office actually builds a better relationship with each other and their team members
