Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
We use WebEx for online meetings, document sharing, and team collaboration that, in turn, help us build better products and services for our partners and consumers.
Pros
- Video conferencing.
- Security and compliance.
- Business tool integration.
Cons
- Update the user interface.
- Better support for mobile and users on the go.
- Cost is outdated, better flexibility to use and cost to run.
- Remove travel friction with remote services.
- Increased productivity.
- Ability to hold online trainings and reducing training expenses.
I would have to say technology and infrastructure gaps hit the organization during the implementation of hybrid and remote work.
Solved for a meeting room solution for remote, hybrid, and in-office solutions to team collaboration and workstream support.
Honestly, we had little to no issues with a remote and/or hybrid work model. The online services of Webex and other solutions helped achieve goals more efficiently overall.
- Microsoft Teams and Slack
Teams natively integrates services and features of our organization because we are a Microsoft shop. For this reason alone, WebEx will never compete. Slack, however, is a trendy solution that integrates well with everything (as long as you are willing to work with 3rd party integrations). If you sit back and look at Slack, you will find you spend more time configuring widgets to help with operational efficiency, but in reality, it's more of a distraction and time consumption.
