Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
We use it for team collaboration and communication between us. We schedule meetings using Webex App and it's very smooth. It integrates productivity tools as well such as Google Drive, etc. We can also collaborate on projects using the chat feature and share tasks. We can also make daily standups and webinars through the Webex App.
Pros
- Webex App delivers high quality video and audio even in low network situations
- Webex App creates persistent spaces for projects where team member can share files
- It also helps us to record and store in cloud making it easy for team members to review later
Cons
- Chat and meetings could be more seamless
- Sometimes we accidentally exit meetings when try to switch a chat
- There are very few options for customising questions
- It directly improves workflow efficiency
- It also provides cost savings in terms of time and resources which contributes to a positive ROI
- It also enhanced client communication which led to better project outcomes

Protecting sensitive information while employees working remotely especially on personal devices. Maintaining employee motivated and engaged in a remote or hybrid settings. Keep employees productive while they balance work from home.
It helps in flexibility and work life balance. Allowing them to better balance their professional and personal lives. Employees often think that hybrid works provide them more autonomy in managing their schedule's which can lead to higher job satisfaction. Webex App has better infrastructure than Zoom. Webex App focus most on collaboration but Zoom only focus on meetings and call. Webex App as it's a part of Cisco suite it has better functionalities. In other words, if someone is looking for a better collaboration tool then Webex App is a better choice than Zoom.
