In our organization, we use Webex App primarily for communication among team members, especially when we are working in a remote or hybrid environment. We also use Webex App for solving business problems addressed like during remote work challenges with many employees working remotely Webex App helps bridge the gap between teams. It also ensures that teams can collaborate effectively without being physically present.

- Its seamless video conferencing. It provides crystal clear video and audio quality, which is important for effective meetings. Users can also customize their video backgrounds which is helpful for maintaining professionalism.
- Its User interface is designed to be user friendly. minimizing the learning curve for new users. It is also fully functional on mobile devices allowing users to join meetings and chat.
- Its end-to-end encryption feature prioritizes security for meetings ensuring that sensitive information remains protected during communication.
Cons
- Webex App can lag during high traffic. Users experienced lag or connectivity issues during peak times.
- Sometimes their customer support is taking too much time to solve the query or to response for the query which is quite hectic for users.
- Users often desire more options for customizing their experiences such as font sizes and layout preferences.
