Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Webex is the main application for communication within the organisation. Thanks to Webex, there are short paths within the organisation and everyone is always up to date. We also use Webex to communicate with our external customers via the telephone service. Webex boards are also used in all meeting rooms. Problems usually occur when the connection is interrupted.

Our organisation has decided to use Webex for internal communication. Unfortunately, I don't know the reasons behind this, it was decided by IT and not by the individuals in the organisation. As far as I know, however, the majority are satisfied and would recommend Webex to others.

The Webex app is well suited for fast communication within the organisation. The group chat is particularly important for many people in our organisation, as some people in the company work from home and this ensures that everyone receives the latest information. Department meetings are also started via the group chats.
