Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
Webex Meetings is utilized within the organization to organize meetings internally as well as with customers and support. It allows for easy conferencing, facilitating great communication between members of the team. Additionally, the ability to create a room in which users can call in and view and control a remote screen is very critical to helping our engineers debug customer issues.
- Easy to create web hosted conference rooms.
- Useful remote control access.
- Easy to call in.
- Good sound and video quality.
- Need a WebEx hosting account in order to host a meeting.
- Computer audio does not seem to work well.
- Sometimes the client does not launch properly.
- Quickly being able to jump on a call with a customer or support engineer and resolve issues is a great value.
- Having a catalog of presentations to use for training is a good tool to have.
- Easy to call-in meetings reduces wasted time during meeting setup.
Webex Meetings provides a better quality video and audio experience than Skype which makes meetings more productive. With Webex Meetings, we do not waste time connecting audio because it allows the users to either call in, or there is a one-click button that calls the user. Additionally, Webex Meetings' remote desktop control is very smooth, which is critical for addressing problems in the field.
