Webex Meetings is used across the organization to collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders. When we meet online using the Webex mobile apps we are able to share files, information, and expertise together. Webex Meetings connects us with anyone, anywhere, and at any time. Participants are invited to online meetings via email, voice conference, or instant messenger.

Mobile Apps and desktop video conferencing are the tools that help us work more productively and involve people at more than one location without the expense and stress of business travel.
In screen sharing the host has a control panel that allows them to take control of the meeting privately. Exiting screen sharing is easy and is done in one click. There is the whiteboard functionality that lets users draw or write on the whiteboard as they would in a face-face meeting.
Integrates with a number of third party apps and does not cause any issues to other platforms.
It's easy to get everyone on the same page and create a more productive meeting experience using Webex Meetings. We can record our actions during a meeting so that we can send them to colleagues who didn't attend or review the discussion at a later date.
