Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
I worked at PwC (Ghana) a few months ago and we used it for our meetings. But in the last 3 years, I suggested we use it for our training/seminars as well and we never regretted it, especially when we were working from home last year.
- Webex has meeting and training modules. Meetings allow you to mute noisy participants.
- One can even see who is not paying attention in the training module. Meetings allow users to hold meetings remotely.
- Meetings allows users to schedule meetings ahead of time.
- Meetings also allow moderators and presenters to share their PPT slides.
- The feature to see if a participant is paying attention should be available in Meetings as well.
- File size of recorded meetings can be very big sometimes.
- Changing the roles of presenter, etc. takes too long.
- Since we started using Webex in our annual budget highlight forum, we have increased our number of seated participants to hundreds who can now join remotely.
- After the pandemic, we have also had a couple of online training sessions. Even though they were offered at a reduced participation fee it gave us an opportunity to reach more people.
