Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

My organization use Webex Meetings to host meetings with customers and internal users for the following purpose: Discuss different products and solution Provide remote support and training Demonstrate proof of concepts and solutions Webex Meetings is used by all our employees and it is a great tool to collaborate with everyone from anywhere at any time.
  • Content sharing.
  • Audio and video conferencing.
  • Polling.
  • Chat with participants.
  • Q&A.
  • Hide toolbar when someone is sharing their desktop.
  • Because of Webex Meetings we do not have to travel to customer places. This saves lot of time and travel cost.

Webex Meetings provides cost-effective enterprise solutions for virtual meetings and offers a feature-rich collaboration experience. It is a great tool to collaborate and suitable for any virtual meeting, presentation, training or remote support. It can be used in virtual classroom or education scenarios. I don't think Webex Meetings is appropriate for large events where you have 1000s of participants as you have less control over participants. In that scenario, I would recommend to use Webex Events.
