Reliability and Availability

Webex is a stable platform, at the moment we do not have any complaint about it, however, we would love to get a fresh look that slowly would make us think we are not actually using a technology to communicate with others but think we are closer to stay face to face with our people.

Scalability

Since Webex can be used on almost every device, and platform, we think Webex is completely able to scale up to what they would want, at the moment I would give them a 10 out of 10 because they have been doing it right, with no hesitation, they are on their way to be the best option on every part of the industry.

Performance

On Webex, the application usually loads quickly, there is no lack of response, but you would need to make sure you have a good quality of internet connection to get no trouble on every meeting, maybe that would be the only thing to improve, however, nowadays, our connections are getting improve, so it would be an easy-going.
