Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
Using Cisco Webex for meetings is really easy. We used it in [the] census for TAC support, sharing desktop, and doing interactive troubleshooting. I used it when I worked in Thomson Reuters for support [purposes] and it was the best collaboration app on the market at that time.

- Call back to a user for audio.
- chat is not the best.
- Really fast response to incidents.
- Better time management for meetings.
Webex has better interactive things for troubleshooting proposes comparing it with the other tools.
