We have used Webex for quite some time now and it is completely helpful in holding online meetings internally and externally when maybe a staff is away and cannot make it to attend a company meeting due to distance.

Webex is very fast in integration with other software. It is very fast in delivering both video and audio information. Navigation is easy.

Reliability and Availability

Webex is only unavailable when there low or poor internet connection thats when it performs slowly in delivery of information but other issues are perfect.

Performance

After integration of Webex with other software, it does not affect their performance at all because it does not alter [their] performance of them.

Likelihood to Recommend

When a customer has travel restrictions and cannot make it to come, we really depend on it in communication because we just hold an online meeting which makes it fast and easier.
