Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
We use Webex [Meetings] as our national meeting tool. We have teams that meet weekly for group meetings from all over the country. Webex [Meetings] has eliminated a huge travel expense as we increased our team dynamics and improved communication. Webex [Meetings] was a must-have product before the pandemic, but it created a seamless transition for our remote worker's ability to stay connected.

Webex [Meetings] is our choice for online collaboration. It has all of the same features as Teams but works smoother for our users. GoToMeeting is lacking several features.

Once logged in, you can see who is available and ready for [a] chat or meeting. It gives me an easy dashboard to check in with all of my team members. We can start meetings, audio or video, or just send a quick chat. This product improves our communication [with] all of our employees.
We currently use Webex [Meetings] for several teams, with a couple of people on multiple teams. It was simple to implement the product across all skill levels of employees. It makes the installation simple and straightforward.
[The] video clarity is perfect. [There is] no pixelization or poor quality across various bandwidth connections. This helps when some remote users don't have the connection speeds as the office. [The] sound quality is perfect as well.
The chat feature works great. I can see who is online and available for video meetings or just shoot a quick chat message. I have not found any issues that give me pause. We used to use GoToMeeting, which was a great product but does not offer the additional features of Webex [Meetings].
