Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

It's the main form of communication which allows for multiple people to be in the know in real time as well as provide instant feedback to questions/concerns. It also allows me to revisit and search conversations as needed. The ability to see multiple subjects at one time is extremely useful.

  • Too busy.
  • Goes idle to quickly even if on PC in other apps.
  • Can only see most recent conversations.
  • Quick discussions in person instead of over phone alone.
  • Being reachable at any moment.
  • Too many locations for info to be placed.

Zoom, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Seems to always work.
Can always be better but seems to work well.
Perfect for all businesses with people who have mobile or stationary access its less appropriate for those who do not need to interact with other colleagues regularly.
