We use it as internal fastest reach communication and allows us to meet with anyone in the company and anywhere, in real time from office or when working remotely, we also use softphone.

Zoom Phone, Zoom Webinars and Zoom Events

I Believe both ZOOM and Webex are comparable, however, I am of the opinion that Webex excels in terms of video and audio quality. it is not a big difference but it is better. Additionally, I find it to be more user-friendly, with tools that are easier to access and utilize.

However, its effectiveness diminishes when attempting to engage individuals outside of the organization, as Webex is not as widely adopted as other platforms such as Zoom. As a result, connecting with individuals external to the enterprise may pose challenges due to the platform's comparative lack of popularity.
