Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We use it extensively every day for every meeting, actually, since we all work from home, so we use it a lot. Let's say decentralized working.

Pros

  • It enables you to communicate with your colleagues pretty quick and it doesn't need a long onboarding to understand. So an okay-ish user experience I would say.

Cons

  • I think the user interface could be improved. There's a lot of space and you often don't find important buttons like the chat button. It's very small or you don't see who is actually in your call. So I think this could be improved.
  • The product enables us to work how we work today. Overall positive.

I think compared to some it's better compared to others, it's worse. It's very in the middle, so it's probably not the best of its class, but also not the worst.

I think the user interface needs to be improved. And I think there are other tools which are a bit more ahead when it comes to user. It's well suited if you actually have meetings from your phone. It's very good to use If you have a large number of participants, it copes with this. So that's it.
