Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

[Webexpenses is used by the] whole organization [for] expenses solution.

[Webexpenses has] room for improvement but works well. Some UI elements come across as hidden for first time users.

[Support is] timely, very good. Chat is available most of the time which is my preferred method of contact.

Simple system - improvement needed but outweighs shortfalls.

Simpler setup. Approachable implementation team who meat your company specific needs.

Travel expenses work well.
Good OCR for app use.
Proxy access for approvals and claims are good.
