Webexpenses - great expense/receipt gathering platform

We use Webexpenses to help manage and collect information on what our employees are spending when out and about. Anybody with a company credit card uses the platform or if they use their own money for business purposes and wish to claim it back, they use it too. It allows our teams in the field to report back their expenses to our back office team, keeping the flow of information constant. Before, we would rely on people bringing their paper receipts back to the office and collating them on old fashioned spreadsheets, meaning it was a much slower and laborious process.

This was our main reason for choosing a platform like Webexpenses in the first place. Our existing systems were very piecemeal and weren't very future proof, considering how we are working remotely more and more in this day in age. The Webexpenses system being hosted in the cloud and being accessible from any device has been incredibly handy for all users, approvers and admin staff who use it.
