Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

It is mainly used by our consultants for mileage, food & travel. It is easy to use & can be done as they go.

Pros

  • Calculates the payment for you.
  • Logs start & end miles.
  • Transfers to Xero.

Cons

  • Dates to be included when transferred to Xero.
  • Cost effective.
It took a few consultants a few attempts to get the hang of it.
Support is always there & happy to help.

We were able to add features like claim limits & pence per mile.
Webexpenses suited us better.
Suitable for logging receipts etc one at a time or altogether.
