Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

It is being used across the entire organization. We utilize Webexpenses as a way for our employees to manage their credit card expenses and receipts.

Pros

  • Easy upload of receipts.
  • Great app functionality.
  • Easy back end operation for management.

Cons

  • Downloading multiple receipts across multiple employees.
  • A little more customization on reports.
  • Process could be a little more streamlined for personal expense reporting.
  • Has improved the amount of time that was spend on company credit card processing each month.
  • Has allowed our employees to become less and less reliant on physical copies of receipts.
  • Allows upper management to view expense reports more efficiently.
I think overall it is fairly easy for the end user to utilize, although I do think there are a few things that could make it a little easier. Just minor tweaks for our office specifically. I think overall, it is super user friendly.
I have had nothing but great experiences with customer service and our account manager. Anytime there is an issue or a question, they are very quick to respond and extremely helpful.
Actually, Webexpenses was the first and only company we considered for this. We set up a time to chat with them, and see a demo of the product, and we had a decision made in just a few days that we would be moving forward with it. Quick, easy, and efficient - just like the product itself.
We love the capability that it has for company credit card expense management, so it is definitely well suited for that function. We have not used it much for other types of scenarios, so I cannot speak to those.
