Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
It is being used as a tool to submit expenses, look at reports, and generate user account for permanent employees. The finance team may use it for additional features and services but as for IT, we only use it to add, remove and manage user accounts as well as use it to submit our own expenses. It is being used by all permanent employees only. It is very helpful with submitting expenses, making it simple and easy to use.

- I find the app easier to use in terms of navigation compared to the web version.
I don't process invoices but do submit claims or expenses. A recurring theme of my feedback is that it is very easy to submit claims. The mobile app is quick and easy to use and can be used on the go. It is easy to upload receipts and if you don't complete claims you can always go back to it as it is saved.
Overall, Webexpenses is clearly the better and easier one to use in my opinion. I think it is more suited to us as a business as well. All of the features I use and or require to do my job, for example, user management, admin work and also submitting expense claims are much easier and better.
