Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

The entire business uses Webexpenses for expense management. Our users want to be able to complete expenses easily wherever they are on whichever device they choose, and the system allows us to do this well, with simple approval processes across multiple departments and business areas.

The system works and allows me to do what I need to do, but I feel like the app especially has a lot of room for improvement. It feels quite dated and you sometimes have to click multiple buttons to get something done that should be very simple.
Generally very responsive and helpful.
I can easily review and approve expenses submitted by my team during my commute thanks to the app. I can also submit expenses if I have to travel while I am on the go thanks to the system working everywhere. This saves me time and allows me to do basic admin tasks while I'm on the go.
Configuration and multi-currency support were important and Webexpenses fits both of those needs well. I would have liked to see better options for SSO/SAML since there is no way to configure the system to work with G Suite.
Webexpenses has been in place since before I worked at the company.
Works well across multiple devices, which makes entering and approving expenses easy wherever you are, even if your line manager or staff aren't in the same country or time zone.
