Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is currently being used amongst our sales personnel to submit their monthly expenses. It allows our expenses to be captured and logged as soon as we have the receipt rather than storing them all up for the month and submitting in one go. It has proved extremely useful in this sphere.

Pros

  • Simplicity.
  • User friendly.
  • Aesthetically pleasing.

Cons

  • App sometimes crashes when adding new claim on mobile.
  • Not a question for a user.
Very easy to use.
Not had to use the support key so far as very easy to use.
No others for comparison basis.
When you are on the road as a sales person it is perfect to capture expenses as soon as you have purchased them. This is so much easier to do than storing them all up throughout the month [and] submitting all in one go. Much easier to keep track of what you have spent and what you are due back.
