Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use Webexpenses to submit expenses made at work and also our mileage made. It is very easy to use and I use the app as i find it easier to upload the photos of any bills etc. I also approve my staffs expenses via the app and it is very easy as i get notifications when a claim has been made. I would 100% recommend Webexpenses.

  • Easy to understand and shows you when your request has been approved.
  • Sometimes it is difficult to add an image to an expense. it will load multiple images and it can be best to log onto the computer when this happens.
  • i would say it is easy to manage and the expenses show up the month after in our P&L
Very easy to use and I am not the best with technology!
I give this rating a 10 as I have been using the system for a year now and I have never had to contact customer support! The help section is very useful.
The whole set up is very easy to understand. This saves time and paper in comparison to our previous method.
The whole system works well with the workflows/notifications straight away when you need to approve a claim. It also runs alongside our policy with our dates to submit expenses. If the date scanned on the bill is past the claim date then the claim will automatically not be able to be submitted, which I think is great!
I have not previously used a system like this before. We used to run our expenses on a form and used excel.
I would say that Webexpenses is best suited for any size company as it makes it very easy to log mileage or expenses. With the notifications coming through to managers/approvers of the expenses it is much easier to press a button to approve rather than print and sign and return back. You could also look at Webexpenses that it is saving time and paper!
I would say there would not be appropriate scenario, I can see this working well in any environment. Unless there was an employee who was not very confident with technology etc.
