Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is used by Well Pharmacy for processes related to claiming expenses by locum pharmacists. Locum pharmacists are registered healthcare professionals who are not employed directly on a full time basis by the company but instead tend to work on a more ad hoc basis. Using the software allows locums to claim for things such as mileage, other travel expenses and accommodation as applicable to the work they undertake.

  • Accessibility.
  • Efficiency.
  • Mileage claims sometimes problematic.
  • Made tracking expenses much more straightforward.
Overall the software presents a clean and simple user interface with a logically structured navigation structure.
I have not had an issue with Webexpenses in my time using it so far.
Previously the process of claiming expenses for work completed as a locum pharmacist involved disparate systems and so was much less user friendly. Using this software means that all of the different aspects of the expenses claim process have been brought in line with one another. This has saved a lot of time and effort.
Being able to track expenses claims was the most important feature for me personally- this provided peace of mind that my claims had been submitted successfully and could be chased up if needed.
I have not used other products like Webexpenses.
