Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use Webexpenses for our regular employee expensing like team lunches, client visits, etc. It is used by the whole organization. It solves a very core business problem in the business that is to allow employees to spend money and then have it easily reimbursed and accounted for.

Pros

  • Allows me to create expense reports.
  • Allows reconciliation of receipts.
  • Allows custom field for my business.

Cons

  • It can automatically detect expenses and then automatically send the money over.
  • Positive.
It is very useable.
Never had to use the support.
I haven't used anything else. Webexpenses is the best tool in the world.
