Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
We use Webexpenses for both corporate card and normal expense reporting.
Coming from a mostly manual process, web expenses has saved a lot of time and effort. The OCR recognition of receipts is spot on and the interface is easy to use. Only thing is that it is struggling a bit to bounce back and forth between corporate card and reimbursable expenses.
I would highly recommend this product.

- Excellent at OCR - reading the receipts so I don't have to enter every detail manually.
- Not great at bouncing back and forth between corp card and reimbursable expenses.
- Well organized ability to attach receipts to specific reports.
- Review process is straightforward and presents relevant information well.
- Better way to separate expenses from a single user - perhaps one that has a P-Card - corporate card as well as other reimbursable expenses.
Just expense approval.
Better OCR - faster, more efficient.
The Webexpenses mobile app is a pain though - it takes 3-4 clicks to do what Expensify does in one screen. In particular, once you upload a receipt, then it OCRs it and gives you the ability to edit - no need to edit brightness as a click... just our. Also - if it is a company card receipt it still defaults to reimbursable - causing another click. Then you verify twice - two more clicks. Mobile app needs work.
