Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is used throughout our company.
  • Easy to use.
  • Clear and concise.
  • Very user friendly.
It is just so easy to use. I have never encountered a problem using it. It does what it says on the tin and has some great features!
I love the ability to take and upload photos of receipts, it saves me having to trawl through large amounts of receipts and ensures I don't miss any!
The system works so well for me that I have never had to call on the support team for any issues at all. This in itself tells you the system is designed and written well.
I only use Webexpenses to claim my own expenses and add my approval to those members of my team. I don't have any involvement with invoice processing so can't comment on that aspect. However, the aspects of the system that I do use are very efficient and I would recommend it to anyone else.
I have never used another commercial product similar to this one. Previously it has always been managed by MS Excel spreadsheets. Total nightmare!

I work as part of a remote working team. Webexpenses allows us to upload photos of purchases at the time of purchase and not have to spend time at the end of each month sorting through receipts!
