Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is used for submitting expense claims across the company and also for company credit cards. It is generally used for mileage and travel expenses such as hotels and meals. It saves time as all receipts and claims are stored in the one place and [that] means that we no longer require paper copies.

Pros

  • Easy to check and approve claims
  • Can easily go in and look at past claims
  • Easy to use

Cons

  • Receipt image sometimes doesn't show up correctly.
  • Time saved for finance team.
  • Quicker for claimants to get approval compared to paper expense claims.
Phone app and desktop version are both user friendly. After initial setup of users the only issues we have are with receipt uploading/matching.
Have never had any issue where I have had to contact support.
I haven't used or evaluated any other products.

Ideal for finance teams to view all claims in one place and easy for employees on the road to take pictures of receipts and upload to the app as they go.
