Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
Webexpenses is used for submitting expense claims across the company and also for company credit cards. It is generally used for mileage and travel expenses such as hotels and meals. It saves time as all receipts and claims are stored in the one place and [that] means that we no longer require paper copies.

- Receipt image sometimes doesn't show up correctly.
- Time saved for finance team.
- Quicker for claimants to get approval compared to paper expense claims.
Phone app and desktop version are both user friendly. After initial setup of users the only issues we have are with receipt uploading/matching.
Webexpenses has made it quicker for claimants as they can take a photo of receipts and upload instantly which reduces the likelihood of them being lost. Also saves time when being approved as previous process was to post in a paper copy which would then need to be approved. It has saved time for the finance department who now has everything in the one place.
Our requirement was to have a report which gave a breakdown of each claim which was then used to put the financial details into our finance system.
