Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is being used company-wide, and allow employees to claim expenses and travel/mileage.
  • Integration between app/website is good.
  • Being able to add receipts and then assign to a claim allows me to add the receipt as soon as I have it and build the claim when it suits me.
  • Making adding mileage easy by inputting postcodes.
  • The areas I use in Webexpenses seem to work well and better than other products I've used.
  • Allowed people to submit claims more efficiently, meaning they are on time.
  • Using the maps feature for mileages means we use Google Maps for navigation and no more discrepancies.
Overall it is a nice interface and is very straightforward - create a claim (for a month or a job) and add items to the claim. I usually create the claim on the website and add receipts etc. via the mobile app.
I personally have saved time with claims by uploading receipts via the app as soon as I get them. I can then add items to a claim and add the correct receipt.
I was not part of the decision to use this platform, but it has made things easier for me as a user.

Affinity, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
I can work both in an office and onsite, and having the web version and an app allows me to add expenses as I go. I like that I can upload receipts and then assign them to claims later. The app is good and works just as well as the website meaning I can fully manage my expenses anywhere.
