Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use Webexpenses to allow employees to claim back expenses regularly. This addresses the problem of employees having to make use of external services in order to support their roles.

Pros

  • Simple to use.
  • Fast.
  • User friendly.

Cons

  • Homepage quite confusing.
  • Too many tabs.
  • Time saving.
  • Smooth use of external services.
The service is very user friendly although I do find the homepage to be quite confusing when you first come in it's hard to know where to start.
I have to expense monthly to my company and I can do this by uploading my receipts on Webexpenses. These are then approved quickly by other members of staff.
Ease of use was most important as a large number of people need to use the service.
