Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
Used to monitor and award expenses for travel and meals. This is used by the whole business. It is used to streamline and simplify the process of claiming expenses. The only problem for the business is that someone is required to monitor any claims put in by employees.
Pros
- Simple processes.
- Easy to follow forms.
Cons
- App could be easier to use.
- Quick and easy expenses claims.
It has saved me printing and manually writing out my claims. Reducing paper waste and helping to keep the business carbon neutral.
Web expenses is massively better that Dropbox with simpler forms and easier to use on all devices

It has been very simple to use across the board for us, being used widely. With people in all kinds of roles. The simplicity means it can be using ‘on the go’ leading to swift and simple claims
