Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is an excellent tool that is used across our business. It's easy to use platform allows us the employees to insert our expenses claims and keep us up to date and on the progress of each claim before it's processed. I really like the fact you can track each claim and also check any previous claims made. I'd recommend any business to use Webexpenses.

  • Easy to manage

Cons

  • Fuel claims totaled for tax purposes.
  • Usability.
  • Open figures.
  • Very functional.
Never had any issues with it, has made making expense claims very easy.
Submitting claims each day for fuel, approved by my manager.

Ideal for any expense claims especially fuel claims which I use it for mostly. Would be even better if a report was made that could be used for the end of tax year. Processing is easy to understand and allows for many functions when inputting data. Attaching receipts could be made slightly easier
