Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Expense reporting.
  • Easy to enter expenses.
  • Easy to submit expenses.
  • Easy receipt upload.
  • I like it!
  • Easy to keep track of my monthly expenses.
  • Easy to keep track of my receipts.
  • Good visibility on approval from management.
Overall it's super easy, sometimes there is a bit of confusion on if my receipts are saved to the right place - but they always are.
So nice to be able to submit expenses in a digital environment - no scanning in receipts.
Easy to enter expenses, receipts, submit, and see approval.
Almost as easy as Concur, although used Concur via mobile app and I dont enter expenses on the road any more so it's a different process. Webexpenses was selected by my company.
