Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

To expenses claims and travel/hotel bookings/car hire. Used widely across the group. Manages and controls spend through expenses. Enables central management and control of company expenses.
  • Visibility of all expenses.
  • Booking of all elements relating to travel in one place.
  • Easy upload of receipts via phone app.
  • Notification of expenses paid.
  • Credit card expenses difficult to collate into a single claim.
  • Adds to the overall efficiency of staffing levels to manage expenses.
  • Expenses are paid to employees in a timely manner.
The user interface could be simplified. Credit card expenses are more difficult to manage when compared to a new claim. I have had some issues where hotel bookings have not been placed and a phone call is needed to the Webexpenses team.
When required, issues and questions were dealt with quickly.
As a user I can claim and book all of my requirements in one place which also links in my company credit card expenses.

Being able to book all aspects in one place works really well. This week I booked hotel and train travel. I was able to add a leg to the train journey easily from my mobile whist on the journey.
