Its our tool for expenses, used by the who business

Pros

  • Fast data entry
  • Good use of mobile features
  • History of previous expense claims

Cons

  • Platform stability - can be hit and miss
  • On occasion the platform has lost receipts
  • Categories of expense types is limited
  • Allowed expenses to be submitted on time
  • Impacted cash flow by not having to process 'big' claims irregularly
  • Allowed us to understand the most common expenses
The platform is simple and this makes it easy to use. It does also try and account for different options between a desktop and mobile experience that also helps to make it a reasonable user experience

I would say its a useful platform if your looking for an easy and straightforward expense platform. Its useful if you are a small or medium sized business looking to automate the expenses function within your business.
